The Main Reception Room is almost certainly the focal point of the building. It features a circular dome, designed to draw the eye up towards. The bold but simple stone columns support semi circular galleries with stone balustrades. An English glass chandelier hangs from the dome and the walls and ceiling contain striking murals by George Murray. All the windows are stained glass incorporating traditional figures.
